Join us the over MLK Weekend, as we continue to build momentum – together – toward an amazing 2023 season and the Drum Corps International Summer Tour!
Registration desk opens at 7:30 PM on Friday evening and camp will be dismissed at 2PM on Sunday. Out of town members who utilize Surf Shuttle transportation to PHL, Amtrak 30th Street Station, Greyhound, Megabus, and others should book all travel for departure from their transit hub AFTER 5PM on Sunday. This will allow plenty of time for us to get you where you need to go, allowing for potential travel delays and sometimes lengthy check-in processes during peak travel periods. Those booking outbound travel prior to 5PM may be forced to provide their own ground transportation to the transit hub of their choice. We will do our very best to accommodate the needs of everyone and we appreciate your cooperation and consideration.
Additional, detailed information regarding ground transportation will be provided by the Surf admin team as we get closer to the camp dates.
All air travel should be booked into PHL (Philadelphia International Airport).
First shuttle times on Friday are tentatively scheduled in the 5PM hour and additional shuttles will be scheduled as necessary. Those arriving earlier on Friday will need to remain at the transit hub until our shuttles begin operating, or will need to make arrangements for their own transportation to the rehearsal facility. There will be no access to the school until just prior to the registration desk opening at 7:30 PM.
Camp fee includes: facility rental, insurance, instruction, instruments and meals for the weekend, as well as pre-arranged ground transportation from major transit hubs for out of town participants who have scheduled in advance.
