While our Board of Directors hopes that all those who come in contact with Jersey Surf, Inc. and the Jersey Surf World Class Drum Corps feel unhindered and unthreatened in raising concerns, complaints, and issues with this organization, the Board of Directors recognizes that it is essential to provide methods for confidential & anonymous submission of such concerns, complaints & issues. This ensures the Board of Directors have an opportunity to thoroughly investigate and address any potential violations of policy, law, or ordinance in the conduct of Jersey Surf, Inc. and Jersey Surf World Class Drum Corps operations and activities.
