Total Member Program Cost: $1200

In order to pay by credit card, you must create a page for yourself. Click https://givebutter.com/ZoNDSW/join and fill out the required information.
Please note, you do not need to have a “Fundraising Goal.” You must enter a number higher than 0 in order to create the page, but the amount you have paid into your account will not be visible to the public.

Once you have created your page, you can visit https://givebutter.com/ZoNDSW to make a payment. Please make sure to select yourself from the drop down menu every time you make a payment.

Checks should be made payable to Jersey Surf with the student’s name clearly written in the memo line.
