Amy Cylinder, Color Guard 2005-2007
After aging out of the Jersey Surf in 2007, Amy Cylinder spent a semester working in Disney World before graduating from Kutztown University with a B.S. in psychology. After several employment assignments which included a position with the Delaware County (PA) Juvenile Court, Amy accepted a role National Elevator Industry Benefits Office while preparing for her wedding which takes place this coming weekend!
Now 8 years after aging out, Amy continues to perform and is extremely active in her community theater program. Through all of her efforts at work and on the stage, she keeps her drum corps values close to her. She knows, “the importance of giving everything you have—repeatedly—with a big smile when you have absolutely nothing left.”
