Looking for a way to “Share the Love” this season? There are many ways you can help the corps make 2018 our most successful season yet.
One of the simplest things you can do to help the corps raise money is to shop at smile.amazon.com/ch/52-1819863 and Amazon will donate a portion of your purchase to Jersey Surf.
An early season donation will help us “step-off on the left foot” as we head into the summer. Go to https://jerseysurf.org/product-category/donations/ to donate through a specific program or make a general donation.
Alumni events such as the 2018 History Night (tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 30th), the annual Friends and Family Send-off Brunch (Sunday, August 5th), alumni social get-togethers, and an “Adopt-a-Member” program are in the works for the 2018 season. Former marching members interested in joining the planning team for any of these events should send an email to alumni@jerseysurf.org. No matter where you live, you can help!
Volunteers are always welcome at our winter rehearsal camp weekends. Meal preparation, uniform cleaning and fitting, and general administrative assistance are just some of the many tasks that happen throughout the winter in preparation for summer season and the 2018 Drum Corps International Tour. Do you have a few days, a weekend or even a week to spend on the road with us this summer? Join us on the tour and help out with driving (CDL and non-CDL), food service, merchandise sales, uniform maintenance and refitting, scenery/props/logistics, and administration, just to name some of the areas which would benefit from your assistance! Not only will you be helping the remarkable members of the Jersey Surf, but you’ll exclusive behind the scenes access to seeing the corps rehearse and compete; and you’ll even make a friend or two along the way!
